The register includes customers who have submitted their contact details via a form.

3. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

We process personal data to maintain the customer relationship, handle orders, perform billing, and provide customer service.

4. Personal Data Stored in the Register

The customer register includes the following details:

Contact Information

• Company name

• Business ID

• Contact person’s name

• Email

• Phone number

• Address details

5. Rights of the Data Subject

The data subject has the following rights. Requests to exercise these rights should be sent to the contact address provided.

Right of Access
The data subject may check the personal data we have stored about them.

Right to Rectification
The data subject may request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.

Right to Object
The data subject may object to the processing of personal data if they believe it has been processed unlawfully.

Right to Prohibit Direct Marketing
The data subject has the right to prohibit the use of their data for direct marketing.

Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”)
The data subject has the right to request deletion of their data if processing is no longer necessary. We will process the request and either delete the data or provide a justified reason why it cannot be deleted.

Please note that the controller may have a legal or other right to retain certain data. For example, under the Accounting Act (Chapter 2, Section 10), accounting material must be preserved for 10 years. Therefore, such material cannot be deleted before the expiry of that period.

Withdrawal of Consent
If the processing of personal data is based solely on consent and not, for example, on a customer relationship, the data subject may withdraw their consent.

Right to Lodge a Complaint
The data subject may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Ombudsman if they believe that their data is being processed in violation of data protection legislation.

6. Regular Sources of Data

Customer data is obtained regularly:

• From the customer or potential customer themselves when registering via an order channel or when requesting the supplier to do so on their behalf.

7. Regular Disclosures of Data

Data is not generally disclosed for marketing purposes outside NeoHair Oy.

8. Duration of Processing

We retain personal data as long as the customer and order relationship is active and thereafter as long as required by law or legitimate business need (e.g. accounting legislation). When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.

9. Processors of Personal Data

Personal data is processed by the controller and its employees. We may also partially outsource the processing of personal data to third parties, in which case we ensure through contractual arrangements that the data is processed lawfully and appropriately.

10. Transfer of Data Outside the EU

Personal data is not transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area.

11. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

We do not use data for automated decision-making or profiling.
